Keystone Growth Partners

Caring for what you've built

You have spent years building a business, a team, and a reputation. Choosing who leads it next is one of the most important decisions you will make.

Cayla Davis

Meet Cayla

I am looking to acquire and personally lead one exceptional company for the long-term. My goal is to preserve what makes it special, care for its employees and customers, and build thoughtfully on the foundation that you have created.

I have spent my career working alongside management teams in finance and product roles, helping companies evaluate investments, set priorities, understand customers, and turn ideas into products and processes that support growth. I've worked on billion-dollar investments and helped a startup win its first 100 users. I've set strategy for a software company with 6,000 employees and for one with six. These experiences taught me that enduring businesses are built by people with deep knowledge, trusted customer relationships, and pride in what they do.

My Commitment to You

  • —Caring for the employees and customers who make your company work, while building an even stronger team around them
  • —Providing a smooth, thoughtful transition that supports the long-term success of the business
  • —Full-time ownership on the ground, in the community your business serves
  • —A well-established, proven model with strong long-term outcomes for sellers

What I'm Looking For

I am looking for a business that families trust with the ones they love most.

Why Keystone?

The keystone is the center wedge-shaped stone at the peak of a masonry arch that locks the other stones in place. It is a source of strength — and, for me, a symbol of my roots and my family. I grew up in Pennsylvania — the Keystone State — where much of my family still resides. There, my grandfather was a high school basketball coach for more than forty years, where he also taught American history. My grandmother grew up sewing clothes to make ends meet and spent her career in local government supporting the township.

My mother built on that foundation — earning a scholarship to play field hockey at St. Joseph's in Philadelphia, then building a career in tech and payments, where she is known for her kindness and generosity.

For me, Keystone honors the state where I grew up and the people who shaped me. It also represents my commitment to preserving the most critical pieces — the keystones — of a great existing business and carrying its legacy forward.
